Event: Top 100 Agents

Breaking into a new market requires creativity and connection. To introduce my client’s mortgage offerings to top real estate agents in Buffalo, we created the Top 100 Agents event—a prestigious awards ceremony celebrating the region’s highest-performing realtors.

The Top 100 Agents event was born from the challenge of expanding my client’s market share beyond Rochester and into Buffalo. With no existing recognition program in place, we designed an awards event from the ground up to engage top realtors, build brand awareness, and foster relationships.

The process began with research—sourcing unbiased production statistics, compiling contact information, and crafting invitations that would intrigue recipients. From there, I oversaw the entire event experience: logo design, invitation creation, RSVP tracking, and venue selection. Every detail was curated, from seating charts and custom trophies to cocktail hour coordination, a seated dinner, and exclusive swag for honorees.

To ensure the event left a lasting impression, we developed polished speeches for executives, produced a dynamic PowerPoint presentation showcasing winners, and created social media graphics for pre- and post-event engagement. Over the years, the event grew into a must-attend occasion, expanding into Rochester and Albany, each city adding its unique flair. Attendance swelled to over 300 guests at times, with premium gifts like rain jackets, travel bags, Hydro Flask bottles, and custom champagne flutes, all beautifully packaged.

Through strategic planning and thoughtful execution, Top 100 Agents became more than an awards ceremony—it became a powerful marketing tool, deepening relationships and cementing my client’s presence in key markets.
