PMC Box

When COVID-19 disrupted in-person sales visits, my client needed a way to keep their brand top-of-mind with clients. The solution? PMC Box—a themed monthly subscription box filled with curated promotional items, personalized messaging, and creative storytelling.  

This was an entirely new initiative for us, requiring strategic planning, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration to execute successfully.

As the project lead, I guided my team—graphic designers, a copywriter, and a print specialist—through every phase of development. We began with brainstorming sessions via email and video calls, crafting engaging themes that aligned with our brand and client relationships. From there, we sourced high-quality promotional items, tested print materials to ensure a premium tactile experience, and even curated Spotify playlists to complement each box’s theme.

Since we couldn’t assemble the boxes in a shared space, I coordinated a staggered production schedule to ensure safety while maintaining efficiency. Additionally, I worked closely with our sales team to confirm recipient lists, troubleshoot shipping challenges, and personalize each box with messages from individual sales reps.

The program evolved quickly—our first test-run led to design refinements, improved logistics, and greater efficiency. By the end, we were shipping over 1,000 boxes across New York and Florida, strengthening client relationships in a time when traditional engagement wasn’t possible.
